Hunter Aerial Services provides commercial drone operations including aerial spraying, vegetation management, site assessment and related services. All services are subject to operational assessment, safety requirements and regulatory compliance.

2. Compliance

All operations are conducted in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and applicable NSW legislation. Services may be declined or rescheduled due to airspace restrictions, weather conditions or safety concerns.

3. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those disclosed. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

4. Site Access & Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate property details and ensure lawful access to the site. Hunter Aerial Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from restricted access, inaccurate information or undisclosed hazards.

5. Environmental & Weather Conditions

Aerial spraying and drone operations are subject to suitable weather conditions and environmental assessment. Services may be postponed if conditions are not compliant or safe.

6. Liability

Hunter Aerial Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for commercial drone operations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The client acknowledges that outcomes may vary depending on environmental factors and site conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All imagery, mapping data and operational documentation remain the property of Hunter Aerial Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
